The house has central heating and a wood burning stove. Private parking for two cars. There is also an EV charging point.

Weybourne is three miles from the market town of Holt and three miles from the seaside town of Sheringham and in a good position for travelling further afield. The village has a shop and delicatessen and a pub serving food. Weybourne is the ideal base for bird watching, seal trips, days on the beach and walking. Seaford is a short walk from the beach.
